Before I started going to Victoria Court Dental Centre, I dreaded going to the dentist. But having been with Dr. Elizabeth Kerr and the staff at Victoria Court Dental for the past six months, I no longer fear the dentist. Dr. Kerr has been very kind and gentle with me and has the ability to make me feel comfortable and calm whilst under her care in the dentist chair. Her assistants’ have always been very helpful and kind and it is always very nice to walk into the reception area and receive a warm greeting together with quick, efficient service at the front desk. I am very happy with my white, bright teeth! My teeth were pitted and discoloured after wearing braces for two years and even though they were nice and straight, I still wasn’t totally happy with my smile. On the recommendation of Adam Barrett [Dental Hygienist], we decided to try Zoom Whitening to try to improve the pitting and texture of my teeth. We opted for the in-chair treatment and I am so exited about my “new smile”. My teeth feel even better, cleaner and smoother. I would totally recommend it to anyone wanting to improve his or her appearance. I have been a patient of Dr. Lee Woodward for some 14 years. Previous to Lee, I experienced three dentists at the same practice over 35 years. Without hesitation I can say from my personal experience, Lee Woodward is the most thorough dentist to have worked on my teeth. Lees’ work is first class dentistry. I would like to pass on to you a fantastic dental experience. I never thought I would say that as I used to be terrified of going to the dentist. The fear started at an early age, my worst experience was actually going into shock whilst in the dental chair. I persevered with the same dentist for many years but as I became older, I felt that my teeth and gums were not as they should be. After a visit to the same dentist, I left feeling something was wrong although I had been assured I didn’t need any treatment. I then did what you are doing now; I looked up local dentists on the internet. I was impressed with the Victoria Court web site, so I rang and made an appointment with Dr. Elizabeth Kerr. I’m not sure whether it was the fact that Dr. Kerr took the time to discuss everything about my dental requirements, or whether it was the amazing technology they have at Victoria Court, but gradually I started to feel comfortable about being there. As it turned out, I needed extensive work done but I had booked a trip overseas and was leaving in ten weeks. During those ten weeks Dr. Kerr transformed my teeth. I was amazed at what I had needlessly put up with for all those years purely because no alternatives had been offered to me. Dr. Kerr explained all the alternatives in detail and for the first time I felt like I was in control of what was happening. I know this might sound silly but I actually feel healthier because my teeth and gums feel good. I can only say a huge “thank you” to Dr. Kerr and the team at Victoria Court. Now if you could just do something about my fear of spiders!!!! Victoria Court Dental has always given the best results when I’ve needed dental treatment. They are also friendly and understanding, making every visit as comfortable as possible. I am writing to thank Adam Barrett [Dental Hygienist] and his staff for such pleasant and professional dental service. I have only recently started consulting Adam after having another dentist for almost 20 years and immediately noticed the difference. Adam was extremely helpful and informative and showed genuine interest in my dental hygiene. My fear of going to the dentist was put at ease with Adams’ calming nature and for the first time in my life I felt comfortable in the chair. I received a clean and whitening and to say I was happy with the results would be an understatement. My teeth now look like they did when I was a teenager. I have been attending Victoria Court Dental Centre for approximately two years or more. Treatment received has ranged from routine cleaning/check ups to the fitting of four porcelain crowns earlier last year, with which I am extremely satisfied. The service overall has been good. The condition of my dental health has improved greatly since my first visit, which I am proud to mention. As a result, my husband and I will continue to visit this dental centre, as we are satisfied with the team of hygienists and dentists working there. Thank you! I have found Adam to be very helpful, caring, friendly and very thorough compared to my last dentist which I had seen since I was a child. One of my greatest fears is visiting the dentist. After a period of five years I finally plucked up the courage to visit the Victoria Court Dental Centre…However I had nothing to fear, the staff were very reassuring, caring, efficient and the treatment was completed without trauma of any kind, why was I so fearful? My dentist, Dr. Emma Foss, performed the various procedures in a manner that could only be described in one word, ‘excellence’. Having been with Victoria Court Dental Centre since 1985, I have found that the treatment and care I have received has been exemplary. Dr. Lee Woodward has always kept me well informed of what he has planned and what his expectations are. Victoria Court Dental Centre can and should pride itself as one of the best dental surgeries. The facilities and services that they offer are exceptional. All the staff are friendly and caring, and always willing to accommodate you where ever they can. Dr. Davina Kwong is extremely professional, gentle and compassionate. She instantly puts you at ease, which sometimes can be difficult when you are at the dentist.
